This policy explains what personal information Horizon Trek Africa collects when you use this website or enquire about a trip, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. When you submit an enquiry that is your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, country of residence, intended travel dates, number of travellers, destination and experience preferences, travel style, budget band and the message you write.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare an itinerary and quote, and where you go on to book, to arrange the trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it other than as described below.

Who we share it with

Where you book, we pass the details necessary to make the arrangements to the relevant suppliers, which may include lodges, park authorities, transport providers and permit-issuing bodies such as the Rwanda Development Board. We share only what each supplier needs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as is useful to answer them and to follow up. Booking records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
